I don't love everything about it but I converted to it pretty much the first day I started using it. I found that the Inbox search is quick and comprehensive, so I like it. And even if I have a small suspicion that I may need it, I keep it in my Inbox or pinned, and as my inbox is pretty clean, its easy to find.īut if its something you don't know you'll need, then a quick search is all that is needed. I much prefer archiving emails once I'm done with them because I think it's a clutter. On the other hand, once Inbox came out, I decided to remove all my labels and follow it to the letter, archiving and keeping it clean. I get notifications, I can check e-mail, I can write e-mails, I can set reminders. A feature I use a lot for those newsletters.Īnd third, Gmail works fine. Having to archive them in arbitrarily small groups to be able to even start using the app. So when I started using inbox, I had thousands upon thousands of emails sitting there.
